Spertsyan reportedly agrees to Al Ahli move

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia national team captain and Krasnodar midfielder Eduard Spertsyan has agreed to join Saudi Pro League club Al Ahli, according to Euro-football, citing the Telegram channel Mash na Sporte.

The report says the Saudi club has offered the 25-year-old a three-year contract worth €10 million per season, in addition to performance-related bonuses.

Negotiations are said to be in their final stage, with the transfer likely to be completed during the summer transfer window.

According to Transfermarkt, Spertsyan's current market value is estimated at €25 million.

Former Russia international Aleksandr Mostovoi had previously encouraged the Armenian midfielder to continue his career in Saudi Arabia.

Spertsyan enjoyed a productive campaign last season, making 42 appearances across all competitions while scoring 14 goals and providing 18 assists.
