61 states confirm participation in OSCE summitNovember 15, 2010 - 13:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - 61 states confirmed their participation in OSCE summit due December 1-2 in Astana, the Head of Kazakhstan's OSCE Task Force Serzhan Abdykarimov stated. Presidents of Russia, Finland, France, Serbia, Afghanistan; Italian Prime-Minister Silvio Berlusconi and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will attend the summit. Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev, will also participate. Presently, a bilateral presidential meeting on Karabakh conflict settlement is being prepared by OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs. The last OSCE summit was held in Istanbul 11 years ago.
