Peter Semneby: I spoke of three principles of Karabakh settlement during my visit to Baku

PanARMENIAN.Net - EU Envoy for the South Caucasus, Mr. Peter Semneby said during his visit to Baku he spoke of three basic principles for resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, but not one.

“The EU’s position is unchangeable and is based on the non-use of force, the right of nations to self-determination and the principle of territorial integrity,” the diplomat told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

Earlier, Azerbaijani media spread reports that during the visit to Baku, Mr. Semneby referred to the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan only.

A similar misinformation was spread after the visit of European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso.
