The Ministry urged everyone to refrain from traveling towards the checkpoint, as it will be again closed. Upper Lars checkpoint located at the North Ossetian part of the Russian-Georgian border was closed on April 12 due to heavy snowfall at Krestovy pass. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
