  Serzh Sargsyan awards Viktor Yanukovych with St. Mesrop Mashtots Order July 2, 2011 - 16:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych hosted an official dinner in honour of his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan currently on a visit to Ukraine. During the event, President Sargsyan thanked Yanukovych for a warm welcome, also expressing satisfaction with the results of his visit. As he noted, Yanukovych's contribution to liquidation of the consequences of 1988 earthquake is remembered with gratitude in Armenia. In this connection, Armenian President awarded Yanukovych with a St. Mesrop Mashtots Order. Yanukovych, in turn, granted President Sargsyan with a supreme award of Ukrainian government, the Order of Yaroslav the Wise. On July 2, Armenian President met with the representatives of Armenian community of Ukraine, also visiting a number of cultural events.
