Armenian delegation was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Karine Kazinyan, European party was represented by European Commission's Director for Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia Gunnar Wiegand. The talks focused on main principles and goals of future agreement and cooperation issues in justice and security fields. The next sitting is scheduled for October 2011. The second sitting of Armenia-EU on justice, freedom and security issues took place the day before. They discussed simplification of visa regime and migration issues.
