  Israeli officiers banned from visiting Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey  July 29, 2011 - 15:21 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Israel Defence Forces (IDF) headquarters' operations sector issued an order banning IDF officers from visiting 36 countries and regions. Among locations banned are, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Chechnya, Turkey, Southern regions of Thailand, Cashmere, Egypt, Jordan, Tunis and several regions of Kenya. However, Armenia was not included in the list of banned countries, although not recommended for visits by the national staff for struggle against terror, Aze.az reported, citing Israeli media.   Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive. In 2023, the Azerbaijani government will increase the country’s defense budget by more than 1.1 billion manats ($650 million). The bill, published on Monday, is designed to "eliminate the shortcomings of an unreasonably broad interpretation of the key concept of "compatriot". The earthquake caused a temporary blackout, damaged many buildings and closed a number of rural roads.
