It comprises information about resort houses, entertaining centers of Armenia. It is, in fact, a generalized and systematized handbook on hotels, restaurants, clubs and cultural centers of Yerevan in which all companies have opportunity to present prices for their services. Chief Editor of the catalogue Tatevik Ghabazayan told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that the idea of catalogue was born unexpectedly, after we faced problem with meeting guests from London on top level and ensure due recreation conditions. “It took me a lot of time and efforts to collect information on Internet and other sources. The information gained was selected and re-checked through phone calls and meetings,” Ghabazyan said. So the Welcome catalogue appeared, designed for foreign tourists and residents of Armenia preferring to have their recreation on the homeland. The aim of the catalogue is to release consumers from advertising chaos and stress situations. The first issue of the catalogue, presented to the tourists at Yerevan Zvartnots airport, embraced 34 organizations, however, according to the Chief Editor, the list will soon be replenished. “By the way, Zvartnots airport was one of the first to welcome the idea of creating the catalogue and assist in spreading it. I hope the first price catalogue will serve to its main idea and give people choice opportunity,” Ghabazyan said.
