Levon Zurabyan: ANC supporters must make themselves heard at Sept 30 rallySeptember 27, 2011 - 15:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc coordinator urged ANC supporters and the citizens of Armenia to attend the oncoming opposition rally. “On September 30, the number of our supporters will be a decisive factor to bring about a change. It’s time for people to make themselves heard,” Levon Zurabyan told a news conference in Yerevan. Zurabyan explained the decrease in the number of current rally participants as compared to springtime reports by failed expectations of those who believed democracy could be achieved through opposition-coalition dialogue. On September 23, ANC urged those present at Yerevan-hosted opposition rally to prepare for civil disobedience march. As ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrossian announced, more frequent rallies are under way, with ANC posing new demands to authorities.
