OSCE Sec. Gen. says Russia’s initiatives on Karabakh ‘reasonable’

PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE Secretary General said the organization is willing to facilitate resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

“Karabakh problem is a priority on the OSCE agenda,” Lamberto Zannier was quoted by Interfax as saying. “We are closely watching the international community’s efforts towards normalization. This specifically refers to Russia, whose initiatives are reasonable.”

Pledging further support to the settlement process, Mr. Zannier called on Armenia and Azerbaijan to demonstrate political will. “You can bring a horse to water but can’t make it drink,” he said.
