  Armen Gevorgyan to attend session of CoE Congress of Local and Regional Authorities October 18, 2011 - 18:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian delegation, led by Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan will attend the 21st Session of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe due Oct 18-20 in Strasbourg. On Oct 19, Gevorgyan will deliver a statement at congress' plenary sitting; meetings with CoE and Congress authorities are also on visit agenda. An exhibit dedicated to the 15th anniversary of local administration system in Armenia will be organised on session sidelines.
