Stephen Evans: NATO values Armenia’s contribution to peacekeeping mission

PanARMENIAN.Net - The head of Armenia’s mission to NATO Armen Yedigaryan met with NATO Assistant Secretary General for Operations Stephen Evans.

At the meeting, the parties discussed Armenian peacekeepers’ involvement in NATO’s Kosovo and Afghanistan missions. Discussion of regional security issues was also on meeting agenda.

In conclusion, Mr. Evans praised Armenia’s contribution to peacekeeping activities and the readiness of the country’s authorities to continue with the policy, Armenian Foreign ministry press service reported.
