Armenian President to embark on a three-day state visit to Russia

PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 23, president of RASerzh Sargsyan embarked on a three-day state visit to Russia at his Russian counterpart's invitation. On visit sidelines Armenian President will make a speech to Lomonosov Moscow State University students and professors, lay a wreath at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

On October 23, President Sargsyan will be present at the consecration ceremony of a new Armenian cathedral in Moscow. The blessing will be conducted by the head of Armenian Apostolic Church, Catholicos Karekin II. Built at the intersection of Trifonovskaya Street and Olympiski Avenue, this is the largest Armenian cathedral beyond Armenia's borders.
