On visit sidelines Armenian President will make a speech to Lomonosov Moscow State University students and professors, lay a wreath at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier. On October 23, President Sargsyan will be present at the consecration ceremony of a new Armenian cathedral in Moscow. The blessing will be conducted by the head of Armenian Apostolic Church, Catholicos Karekin II. Built at the intersection of Trifonovskaya Street and Olympiski Avenue, this is the largest Armenian cathedral beyond Armenia's borders. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
