German MPs: peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict essential

PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 8, the President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited German Bundestag, the national parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany, where he met a group of deputies and experts.Issues related to bilateral relations, Karabakh settlement and regional developments were discussed during the meeting.

The parties mutually stressed the interest in strengthening of ties, noting the necessity for a peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict.

Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in the Federal Republic of Germany Armen Martirosyan, head of the central information department of the office of the NKR President David Babayan, NKR permanent representative to Germany Haroutyun Grigoryan partook in the meetings.
