Karabakh and Azerbaijani experts were also invited to attend,” the official said, believing the reports reflect Baku’s intention to politicize the event. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
