Artur Chilingarov becomes senator of Russia’s Tula Oblast

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian presidential envoy for cooperation in the Arctic and the Antarctic, ethnic Armenian Artur Chilingarov has become a senator of the Russian Federation Council in Tula Oblast, RIA Novosti reported.

Chilingarov, who earlier won a by-election in the Oblast, will replace Anatolu Vaskov.
