From November1-30, over 1150 instances of ceasefire violation by Azerbaijani armed forces were recorded at the contact line with Armenian armed forces. Moreover, more than 200 cases of ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan were observed at border with Armenia, while NKR defense army has fixed about 950 violations for the reporting period. Azerbaijan used various caliber weapons, with 300 shots fired from sniper rifles. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
