  OSCE Ministerial Council adopts number of documents December 8, 2011 - 04:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A number of documents were adopted at the 18th OSCE ministerial council meeting in Vilnius, Lithuania. “Although we failed to reach consensus on all issues, a favorable atmosphere for the Organization’s further activity was created,” OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Audronius Ažubalis said in his closing remarks. The officials approved draft resolutions on prevention of conflict situation and assistance in post-conflict period. Decisions were also taken on security cooperation and combating trafficking as well as provision of equal economic possibilities. In 2023, the Azerbaijani government will increase the country’s defense budget by more than 1.1 billion manats ($650 million).
