Pan-Armenian Games organization cost AMD 145mlnDecember 9, 2011 - 12:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 9, Yerevan hosted the sitting of the general assembly of the international committee of Pan-Armenian Games to summarize the results of Aug 14-21 games. According to committee president Ishkhan Zakaryan, AMD 206,67mln was allocated to organize the event, with AMD 80mln provided by the government and the rest of the sum procured through sponsors. “With AMD 145mln spent on the event and AMD 49mln returned to state budget, the remaining sum will be allocated to next year’s Games,” the committee president said. 10 people were awarded with Armenian President’s letters of commendation for organising the games on a high scale.
