The Presidents will particularly define the key topic for CIS countries economic cooperation in 2012. In 2011, this was the decision on improvement of food security. The expected focus for 2012 is cooperation in communication and informatization. The Summit participants will also discuss the issue of increasing the role of CIS Observation Mission for the presidential and parliamentary elections, as well as determine the cultural capital of the Commonwealth in 2012.
