PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia will face off against South Africa in the 6th round of FIDE Women's World Chess Team Championship due December 24 in Mardin, Turkey.

In the 5th round, having smashed Turkey 3.5:0.5, Armenia gained 4 points to climb to the 6th place.

China is leading the tournament with 10.5 points, followed by India and Georgia with 9 and 7 points respectively.
