Such meetings have become a tradition for our party,” Zhirinovsky said. “Twenty years ago as a presidential candidate asked about possible solution to the Nagorno Karabakh problem, I answered that it belongs to Armenia,” he went on. Zhirinovsky noted that only his party attaches special importance to the national issue, the solution to which is a key to success. “My prior experience proves the problem resolution impossible from Kremlin.
