Levon Julfalakyan pleased with Patrikeev’s performance

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Greco-Roman wrestling team coached by Levon Julfalakyan won three medals to come 1st at the European Championships in Belgrade.

Artur Aleksanyan became a European champion (96 kg) with Arsen Julfalakyan and Yuri Patrikeev gaining bronze.

In a conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net Julfalakyan said that his son Arsen Julfalakyan is currently in good shape.

“The only defeat he suffered was by World and European champion Roman Vlasov. In this clash Arsen made a tactical blunder which became decisive,” the chief coach said.

Mr. Julfalakyan is pleased with Patrikeev’s performance regardless of the medals grabbed, as the wrestler showed his readiness.
