David Jamalyan: Azerbaijan should put up with independence of Artsakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - The declaration signed in Astrakhan between the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan was the best what could be done under the circumstances, an Armenian military psychologist said.

“The sides, specifically Azerbaijan, are not ready for more at the moment,” member of the public council at the RA Ministry of Defense David Jamalyan told a news conference on November 2. “Azerbaijan should just put up with the independence of Artsakh.”

He also emphasized that it’s time to put an end to Azerbaijani myths about Armenia’s incapability to live in blockade. “The construction of Iran-Armenia railway is one of the factors exploding this myth,” he said.
