Armenia stands for resolution of all issues through dialogue, MFA says

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is attentively following the events taking place in the Middle East and North Africa, a spokesman for the RA Foreign Ministry said.

“That region is quite close geographically to Armenia, there are sizeable Armenian communities in those countries, Armenian people has traditional friendly links with the peoples of that region,” Tigran Balayan said.

“We are for the resolution of all issues through dialogue, negotiations and national solidarity. Taking into consideration the developments in Libya, we are ready, in case of necessity, to provide humanitarian assistance to the population of that country.”
