Foreign Ministry: Ankara lost chance to normalize relations with Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Official Ankara lost the chance to normalize relations with Armenia, picking traffic lines over civilized regional relations, according to Deputy Foreign Minister.

During the parliament-hosted presentation of a book titled Armenia-Turkey Relations: Problems and Perspectives, Shavarsh Kocharyan named Turkey responsible for suspension of rapprochement process.

“By frustrating the Armenia-Turkey rapprochement, Ankara lost some points on the way to EU accession,” he stressed.
