Early elections are only way to solve problems, ANC representative saysJune 2, 2011 - 16:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Representative of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) David Shahnazaryan said pre-term parliamentary and presidential elections are the only way to solve the problems faced by the country. “I strongly believe that early elections are inevitable and they will be held soon,” Shahnazaryan told a press conference in Yerevan. According to him, it is within the interests of the people and state, even authorities. Shahnazaryan added that Armenia owes its stable situation to ANC, while pre-term elections are needed to support it. He believes that the Armenian authorities are in a difficult situation and need to take serious actions specifically in the Karabakh issue, but it is prevented by the deep political crisis, as well as grave social and economic situation in the country.
