Being a neutral party, we must follow the established order, the head of PR department at ICRC representation in Yerevan, Ashot Astabatsyan stated. In a conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net reporter he refrained from providing information on the state Armenian captives, not having been authorised to divulge such information.
