STAR trade chain launches Let's Help Children Together campaign

PanARMENIAN.Net - On the occasion of Child Protection Day STAR trade chain has started Let's Help Children Together annual charity campaign. In program framework, from May 26 through June 1, STAR will donate every 20th dram from the sales of STAR private label and private production to the Armenian Charitable Foundation of Children sick with Leukemia.

“Understanding and appreciating the work carried out by the Foundation and importance of activities directed towards children’s health protection, we believe it to be our duty to support the Foundation contributing to the efficiency of Leukemia treatment,” Vahan Kerobyan, STAR trade chain CEO stated.

Let's Help Children Together annual charity campaign was first launched in 2009. During recent years, in 2009 and 2010, financial means have been accumulated through direct donations. Customers, partners, suppliers, staff of the Chain and STAR company itself participated in the fundraising. During these 2 years AMD 7 107 000 were donated to the Fund.
