 Yuri Vardanyan in satisfactory condition after surgeryOctober 11, 2010 - 17:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Olympic champion Yuri Vardanyan is in a satisfactory condition after emergency surgery on a thigh bone and shin injuries he sustained in a car crash, Nairi Medical Center physician, Siranush Martirosyan told PanARMENIAN.Net Olympic champion Yuri Vardanyan was injured in car accident on October 8. Vardanyan’s Lexus ran into a tractor on Yerevan-Gyumri highway. The famed weightlifter was taken to hospital in Ashtarak town and later on to Yerevan’s Nairi Medical Center, Emergency Channel reported.
