CIS Council of FMs to Pay Special Attention to Humanitarian cooperation

PanARMENIAN.Net - A set of issues referring to enhancement of the work of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) will be most important in the agenda of the CIS Council of FMs, stated Russian MFA official representative Mikhail Kamynin. In his words, special attention will be paid to humanitarian cooperation. «Thereupon, draft agreements on the Humanitarian cooperation Council of the CIS member states, Program of Major Cooperation Events in culture up to 2010 will be submitted for approval of the Council of FMs,» Kamynin said.



Strengthening security, law and order in the Commonwealth are on the agenda of the meeting, the Russian MFA representative also noted. «The Ministers will consider the draft Concept of Forming National Databases and Organization of Inter-State Information Exchange to prevent legal violations relating to intellectual property,» Kamynin said.
