The figure will not diminish this year,” Ashot Ghulyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. “Our program highlights political, economic and social issues. We have also developed the concept of Karabakh problem settlement.” “If the people of NKR accept the results of the elections, the international community will accept them as well,” he concluded.
