Russian, French Prime Ministers discuss situation in Georgia, Karabakh and Iran

PanARMENIAN.Net - Friday, June 11, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin jointly with his French counterpart Francois Fillon inaugurated a five-day exhibition showcasing cultural and economic ties between France and Russia at the Grand Palais.

“Today, we’re opening an exhibition to highlight the wealth of Russia’s creative potential,” French Prime Minister stated, emphasizing significant increase in Russia-France product turnover since 2000.

Cooperation covers automobile, space and energy industries.

“France and Russia are strategic partners,” Mr. Fillon stated.

The two men also discussed the situation in Georgia, Karabakh and Iran, also dwelling on investment partnership development perspectives, RIA Novosti reported.
