Sergei Mironov: Russia won’t station peacekeepers in Karabakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia won’t station peacekeepers in Karabakh, Russian Federation Council speaker said.

“Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents meet in presence of Dmitry Medvedev. It’s a satisfying format,” Sergei Mironov said.

“Russia acts as a positive factor in talks. When Yerevan and Baku come to an agreement, Moscow will act as guarantor,” he said.
