Russian Foreign Ministry hopes for Turkey’s democratization after September 12 referendum

PanARMENIAN.Net - As was reported earlier, September 12 referendum vote was held in accordance with current legislation norms, Russian Foreign Ministry (RFM) spokesman Andrei Nesterekno stated.

“We hope for referendum results to promote intensification of democratic processes in Turkish society and positively affect Russia-Turkey partnership,” Nesterekno noted at ministerial briefing, RFM press service reported.
