In his congratulatory address, Armenian Ambassador to Russia Oleg Yesayan emphasized that the referendum on September 21, 1991 was crucial for the entire Armenian nation. “Now, maintenance of peace in the region is a vital task. Armenia takes consistent steps for resolution of the Karabakh conflict and highly appreciates the endeavors of the OSCE Minsk Group to that end,” he said.
