Iran may sue Russia on S-300 dealSeptember 27, 2010 - 11:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A top Iranian lawmaker said the country can sue Russia if it fails to deliver S-300 missiles to Iran. “The issue can be pursued legally if Russia does not provide Iran with missile system and in such a case compensation should be paid to Iran,” said Alaeddin Boroujerdi, chairman of Iran's Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Committee. “We hope that Russia complies with its commitments as it did in case of Bushehr nuclear plant to secure its reputation in the region and the world,” ISNA quoted Boroujerdi as saying.
