Edward Nalbandian: even now, Azerbaijan continues provocations

PanARMENIAN.Net - Over the last 15 years, Azerbaijan has been violating contractual obligations assumed, failing to uphold ceasefire on the line of contact between NKR and Azeri armed forces, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian emphasized in his statement delivered at Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

“Even now, Azerbaijan continues provocations, refusing to hear the urge of international community to cease fire and withdraw snipers from the line of contact. Clearly, such a position cannot promote peaceful settlement of the conflict,” Nalbandian stressed, Foreign Ministry press service reported.
