  Russian base important for Armenia, RA NSC Secretary says November 14, 2010 - 18:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia cooperates with NATO in the framework of Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP), which is an important component of the republic’s security, RA National Security Council Secretary said. “The Alliance assists us in carrying out defense reforms,” Arthur Baghdasaryan said in an interview with Rzeczpospolita Polish newspaper. “As for Russia, it’s our strategic partner.
