  Serzh Sargsyan: amendments to CSTO Treaty and Charter important  December 11, 2010 - 11:47 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - The member countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization have carried out a great deal of work for further development of political and military cooperation, Armenian President said. Addressing CSTO leaders’ meeting in Moscow, Serzh Sargsyan emphasized that the organization should develop new and more efficient crisis reaction mechanisms. “I would also like to stress the importance of amendments to the CSTO Treaty and Charter, which will help work out measures to resist challenges and neutralize threats,” President Sargsyan said.
