  Artsakh President, Karabakh Telecom Director General discuss tariff reduction for mobile services December 12, 2010 - 16:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 11, the President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met with Karabakh Telecom CJSC Director General Ralph Yirikian. Issues related to development of communication sphere in Artsakh, as well as tariff reduction for mobile services were discussed during the meeting. The President emphasized the role of Karabakh Telecom in developing communication and information technologies, as well as implementation of philanthropic programs in Artsakh, Central Information Department at the Office of Artsakh Republic President reported.
