  Georgia no longer willing to act as mediator in Karabakh issue? January 17, 2011 - 17:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Deputy Foreign Minister of Georgia Nino Kalandadze denied the statement of Foreign Minister Vashadze, circulated by Azeri media. “I never heard Minister Vashadze’s statement on Karabakh issue. However, as far as I’m informed, the Minister never mentioned Georgia’s interest in acting as a mediator in Karabakh conflict settlement,” Kalandadze noted. “Conflicts pose danger to regional stability, so the sooner they’re resolved, the better. This is what Minister Vashadze meant,” GHN cited Kalandadze as saying.
