OSCE Chairperson-in-Office to discuss protracted conflicts in Moscow

PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Audronius Azubalis will visit Moscow from February 1 to 3 to discuss with the Russian authorities the follow-up to the Astana OSCE Summit and the Chairmanship’s priorities, including protracted conflicts, transnational threats, energy security and media freedom, ways to strengthen OSCE.

During his visit, Azubalis will meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the Head of the Duma’s International Affairs Committee Konstantin Kosachev, the Chairperson of the Human Rights Council of the Russian Federation Mikhail Fedotov and Human Rights Ombudsman of the Russian Federation Vladimir Lukin, as well as with representatives of the civil society, think-tanks and media, OSCE said on its website.
