Gaddafi and his family declared personae non gratae in Russia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, his entourage and family are denied entry to Russia, as well as transit through its territory.

As reported by Interfax, the decree was signed by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. In addition, financial sanctions were imposed in respect to Gaddafi and his entourage, forbidding them to conduct monetary transactions in Russia.
