The rally organized by No to Racism and Nationalism organization is held simultaneously at Taksim square, by the editorial office of Agos Armenian-Turkish newspaper and Haidar Pasha train station from where on April 24, 250 representatives of Armenian intellectual elite were taken away and killed. As a source from Istanbul told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, police is guarding the demonstrators from possible attack of nationalists. The rally has been organised for the second year in a row, with no incidents reported last year.
