Chairman of the NKR Control Chamber Arthur Mosiyan also participated in the meeting, during which ways to raise the efficiency as well as cooperation between relevant institutions in the two Armenian states were discussed. The parties stressed the necessity to boost the bilateral cooperation in the field, the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office reported.
