The statement goes on saying: “The ECR encourages all actors to take this opportunity to continue and reinforce this dialogue and thus contribute to the maturing democracy in Armenia, based on the European values. The ECR calls upon all political forces in Armenia to subscribe to this constructive approach also in the light of the upcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia.” Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
