  Senor Hasratyan: Azerbaijan is the ceasefire violatorOctober 26, 2009 - 16:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri media continuously disseminates disinformation about violation of the ceasefire at the contact line of the NKR and Azeri armed forces, head of information and propaganda department of the NKR Defense Ministry, colonel lieutenant Senor Hasratyan told PanARMENIAN.Net "Azerbaijan is the ceasefire violator," he stated.
