GUAM summit to consider 'frozen conflicts'

PanARMENIAN.Net - The regular GUAM summit under Azerbaijan's presidency will be held in Baku in June. Besides the member states, some foreign high rank officials are expected to attend the summit as observers. Baku declaration and an action plan for 2007-2008 will be adopted. The summit participants will also consider 'frozen conflicts' available in GUAM space, Novosti Azerbaijan reports.
