Kavkaz-Poti ferry won't function?

PanARMENIAN.Net - Presently, the Port Kavkaz-Poti ferry is out of operation over absence of orders, said Arsen Ghazaryan, president of the union of manufacturers of Armenia. He also voiced discontent with the tariff policy.



The memorandum on restoration of the ferry line Port Kavkaz-Poti between Armenia and Reserve Capital Enterpising Corporation (Switzerland), the owner of the ferry, was signed in Yerevan February 13, 2007. The ferry has made several test voyages. It has no economic basis and to all appearance will not function, InfraNews reports.
